I'm Liz Harris, founder of Harris & Helm. I grew up on Sodus Bay, New York, where summers revolved around boats, life on the water, and the community that comes with it. The marine industry has always been more than just an interest of mine; it's been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

That connection eventually became a career. After spending time in Knoxville, Tennessee, working within the marine industry, I gained a firsthand understanding of the businesses and opportunities that make it unique.

When I returned to the Finger Lakes, I saw an opportunity to bring that experience home. Harris & Helm began with a focus on supporting local marinas, dealerships, and waterfront businesses. Since then, we've grown to work with marine companies across the country and internationally.

There's a difference between marketing to the marine industry and truly understanding it. We bring firsthand experience and a fresh perspective to the businesses that keep it moving.

It's a business built around an industry I've known my entire life, and when I'm not working in it, you'll usually find me on a boat, behind one, or somewhere in the water.
