I’m Liz Harris, founder of Harris & Helm. I spent my summers growing up on the water at Sodus Bay with my family and friends, where boating, community, and the lifestyle around it naturally became part of who I am.

That connection is what led me into this industry - and ultimately shaped the direction of my work.

I spent time living in Knoxville, Tennessee working within the marine industry, gaining hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of what makes businesses in this space successful. That experience continues to influence how I approach every project today.

With the growth happening across the Finger Lakes, I saw an opportunity to support the local marinas, dealerships, and waterfront businesses I’ve been around my entire life. So I built Harris & Helm to do exactly that.

Harris & Helm has since grown to support marine businesses and manufacturers across the country and globally. But the approach remains the same - intentional, relationship-driven, and built to reflect the integrity of each business in this industry.

I was 54 hours old the first time I was on a sailboat on Sodus Bay. From that moment on, it was a direction I never stopped following - and the foundation for everything that came next.
